Emma Mannan is visiting her brO ther who is in school in Terre Haute We claim to be law abiding citi zens but some of our stores and placet of business are kept open freon ear ly morning till late at night on tht Sabbath day. Knapp was summoned to the bedside of her Father who resides in Illinois and who was though! tobe dying but at last report waa still alive. A still-born infant, born to A. and Ella Hughes, of Dunnville, was buried at San Pierre, Sat June 15. Mrs. James Wheeler was thrown from her horse in Dunnville last Friday, but was not seriously injured. The young gentleman who strewed the fragments of his letter along the road South of town had better try to “save the pieces” next time. B. M. the Hamlet sport is a masher and it would be well for the young ladies of this place to still the wild beatings of th°ir hearts or he will find them and carry them away. A number of our people went to Kankakee City to see “Banum's Biggest show on earth” intending to return on their round trip tickets but had to charter a car instead, to get home. Mr. and Mrs. I. D. Dunn attended the graddating exercises at Indianapolis last week. Their son Geo. N. Dunn being one among the number to graduate from DePauw.
