Notice of Sewer and Tile Drain Assesment, Main Street. V *- Rensselaer, Ind. June lOtb, 1895. Notice is hereby given that on the 24th. day of June 1895. at 8 o’clock A. M. in the town Hall of Rensselaer, Indiana, before the Board of Trustees a hearing will be had on the final estimate as submitted by the Town civil engineer, to Board o 4 Trustees on the Tenth (lay of June >895. of the costa of constructing a sewer and tile drain on Main street, from the North Side of Make-Em Self ditch North to the Southerly side of Merritt street on the Easterly side of Main street in the Town of Rensselaer, Indiand pursuant to special ordinance number 213 —1894 and that at same time and place said Board of trustees will consider said final estimate.
