Application for License. Notice Is hereby given to the citizens of the town of Wheatfield, and of Wheatfield township, Jasper county, Indiana, that the undersigned, who is a male inhabitant and the actual owner and proprietor of the business and >vho applies in bis own name and who has been a continuous resident of said Wheatfield township for at least ninety days prior to the time of making this application and who Is not noting as an agent for another and who does not propose to conduct said business as the agent or partner of another person, and who Is a person over the age of 21 years, and is not In the habi t of beoomlng intoxicated and In all respects to ail legal qnaliflcations a fit and proper person to lie entrusted with a license for the sale of intoxicating liquors, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of said .Jasper county, Indiana, at their regular Juno term, A. D. 1895, for a llcens > to sell and bnrter. spirituous vinous, malt and all other Intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than 3a quart at & time, with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered.
