Application for J^cense. Notice Is hereby given to the citizens of the town of Wheatfleld and of Wheatfleld township. In Jasper county, Indiana; that the undersigned, a male Inhabitant of the state of Indiana, over the age of twenty one years, of good moral character and not lu the habit of becoming intoxicated; will make application to the Board of Commissioners of said Jasper county, at the June session of said Board, commencing on Monday, Jnne 3rd. 1895, for a retail liquor license, empowering him to sell and barter spirituous vinous, malt and all other Intoxicating liquors. In lees quantities than a quart at a time with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the premises were the same are sold and bartered; and will also ask that he be granted the privilege of selling cigars anil tobacco, soft drinks and lunches in the same premises and in connection with said retail liquor business. The location of said premises are described as follows The lower or ground floor of a one story frame building located as follows: Commencing at a point on the south side of and fronting on Bryon street, thirty-one (31) feet.
