Application for License. Notice Is hereby given to the citizens of Wheatfleld, and Wbeatfleld township, in Jasper county, state of Indiana, that the undersigned a male inhabitant of said town of Wheatfleld, in Wheatfleld township, county and state aforesaid and a person over the age of 21 years not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and In all respects to all legal qualifications and requirements, a fit end proper person to be entrusted with a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquors, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, Ind ana, flt their regular, June term A. I'. 1895, for a license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt and all other Intoxicating liquors in a less quautity than a quart at a time with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered. The precise location of the premises where said liquors are to be sold and bartered is the lower story of a two story frame building twenty-four (24) feet wide, by forty (40) •feet long, situated on lot five (5) in block one (1) in Bentley's addition lo the town,of Wheatfleld, Jasper county, Indiana. The precise location of said building on said lot Is as follows: Commencing at the Bouthwe-t corner of said lot running thence East twenty-four (24) feet; thence North forty (40) feet; thence West twenty-four (24i feet; thence South forty (40) feet to the place of beginning.
