Notiee4»lisrsbyg4ven to- the citizens Ofthe town of Wheatfield, and of Wheatfield township, Jasper county, Indiana, that the undersigned, who is a male inhabitant and the actual owner and proprietor of the business and who appUes in his own name and who has been a continuous resident of said Wheatfield township for at least ninety <Jajß prior to the time of making this application and who is not acting as an agent for another and who does not propose to condfict said business as the agent or partner of another person, and who is a person over the age of - 21 years, and is not in the habit of becoming intoxicated and in all respects to all legal qualifications a fit and proper person to be entrusted with a license for the sale of intoxicating liquors, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of sald Jasper county , Indlana, at their regular June term, A. D. 1395, for a license to sell and barter, spirituous vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in a lees quantity than “a quart at a time, with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered. And a specific and precise description of the room in which the undersigned desires - to sell such liquors and the exact location of ' the s ime, is as follows: A room twenty three (23) feet wide to the dis ance of twenty (20) feet from the fr >nt of said room and the remainder of said room is nineteen (19) feet and nine (9) inches wide "Mid said room Is thirty-nine (39) feet long and nine and one half (9X) feet liigh, and the — exact location of said room is in the lower room of a two story frame building, (The upper room of said building being used as a town hall) situated on the following described real estate, to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of lot five (5) in block one (1) of Bentley’s addition to the town town of Wheatfield, Jasper county, Indiana, running thence east twentyfour (24) feet; thence north forty (40) feet; thence west twenty-four (24) feet; thence south forty (40) feet to the place of beginning. Said room is on the ground floor and — fronts the street, ‘and is properly provided with windows and glass doors, a pool table is in said room and also desires to sell cigars, tobacco, and other drinks not intoxicating. Gravel therefor will be furnished by the county at the railroad tracks. Letting to be by Board of County Commissioners on date named, they reserving the right to reject all bids.
