Application for License. Notice is hereby given to the citizens of Wheatfield, and vv heatfleld township, in Jasper county, state of Indiana, that the undersigned a male inhabitant of said town of Wheatfield, in Wheatfield township, county and state aforesaid and a person over the age of 21 years not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and in all respects to all legal qualifications and requirements, a fit and proper pcson to be entrusted with a license for the sale of intoxicating liquors, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, Ind ana. nt their regular, June term A. I*. 1895, for a license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intox. Icallng liquors in a less quantity than a quart at a time with the privilege Of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered. The precise location of the premises where said liquors are to be sold and bartered is the lower story of a two story frame building twenty-four (34) feet wide, by forty (40) 'feel lang, situated on lot five (5) in block one (1) In Bentley's addition to tbe town of Wheatfield, Jasper county, Indiana. The precise location of said building on saidlotisas follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said lot running thence East twenty-four (24) feet; thence North forty (W) feet; thence West twenty-four (2<J f*et; thence South forty (40) feet to the place of beginning.
