THE CIRCUIT COURT.

Theodore C. Potter was granted a divorce, Tuesday, from Lillian Potter on the grounds of cruelty, neglect and abandonment. The custody of their only child, a little boy, was given to the plaintiff. Another divorce, granted the same day, was to Mrs. Mary Hartberg, from Henry Hartberg, on the grounds of abandonment. They have four children, from 12 to 18 years old, and of these themother is given the care and custody. The court adjourned yesterday allow Judge Wiley and members of the bar to attend the funeral of Prosecutor Annabal.
