Death of Prosecuting Attorney Annabal

The sad news was received here Monday that the Prosecuting Attorney of this judicial circuit, Hon. T. C. Annabal, bad died Sunday night at his home at Goodland, after a short illness. The particulars of his sickness and death have not been receivefl. Mr. Annabal was elected Prosecuting Attorney only last November, and had served in that capacity during only one term of court in each of the three counties of the circuit, and a part of a second term m Newton county. He was faithful and zealous in the discharge of his official duties, and bade fair to make an excellent record in his office. Mr. Annabal formerly resided at Logansport, and the remains were taken there tor interment. The funeral was held yesterday.
