Sheriff’s Sale. No. 4058. By virtue of an execution to me directed from the clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court in a cause wherein John Bush is plaintiff and Eliza A. Lancaster and John F McOoliy are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of One Hundred and Twenty dollars and Seventy Four Cents (1120.74) and interests and costs accrued and to accrue, I will expose at public sale to the highest and best bidder on Saturday, February 23, 1895. between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M of said day at the door of the court house of Jasper county, Indiana, first the rente and profits for a term not exceeding seven years of the following real estate hereinafter described, and if said rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs I will at the same time and place expose at public snle tho fee simple of said real estate or so-nuch thereof as may be necessary to discharge said decree, interest and costs, towit: The undivided eleven thirtieths (11-30) of the North East Quarter (50 of the South West Quarter (J 0 of section Thirty One (31) ■township Twenty Nine (29) Range Seven (7) west, containing Fourteen a"d Sixty Seven Hundredths aces.
