OBITUAAY.

At bis home near Kingman, Kans., Mr. Etlien Dern, died Jan. 1, 1895, of pluera pneumonia. He was sick just one week. He woukihave been 74 years old on Feb. 10, 1895. He was a faithful member of the M. E church for 50 years, and died strong in the faith of Jesus. He was a kind husband and indulgent father and leaves a wife and seven children to mourn h’s death, the youngest Mrs. Wm. Daugherty, of Rensselaer.
