Recommendations Made by Secretary Carlisle—lndiana Estimates. The Secretary of the Treasury, Tuesday, sent to the House of Representatives his estimates of the appropriations required for the service of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1890, which aggregate--9110,435,079, as compared with 9411,879.042 estimated for the present fiscal year.
