But as for the great leaders of the parly who went down in last week’s cataclysm, they are dead beyond hope of resurrection. Cleveland, Hill, Holman, Wilson, Springer, Bynum, Outhwaite, Tom Johnson, and a whole host of lesser misleaders of the people are laid in their everlasting political graves. Apd not less effectually buried are those leading lights of Populism: Waite, Lewelling, Simpson, Peffer, Pennoyer, and th 2 rest of their wildeyed tribe.
