WARLIKE JAPAN.
A Hiroshima cable, October 23, says: The special sessions of the Japanese closed Monday., The bills introduced by the government to farther the progress of the war were passed unanimously. Iq addition, the Diet presented a memorandum to the Cabinet earnestly requesting the government to execute the imperial declaration in order to achieve a complete victory over the Chinese and to restonf peace in the East, while raising the glare of the nation.
