Women Physicians.

According to recent statistics thereare about 2,030 women practicing medicine on the continent of North America, df whom 130 are Homeopathists. The majority are ordinary practitioners, but among the remainder are seventy hospital physicians or surgeons, ninety-six professors in the schools, 610 specialists for the diseases of women, seventj* alienists, sixtv-five orthopedists, forty oculists, and aurists, and finally thirty electro-therapeut-ists. In Canada there is but one medical school exclusively devoted to the training of medical women, but in the United States, in 1803, there were ten, one of them being a homeopathic establishment.
