NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE. In the Jasper Circuit Court, October Term 1894. In the matter of the estate of I Emily J. Bennett, deceased ( Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned, as Administrator of the estate ot Emily J. Ben.iett., deceased, has presorted ' and filed his account and vouchers in final settlement of said estate, nn i that the same will come up for the examination and action of sa>d Circuit Court, on the 29th day of October, 1894, at which time all persons interested in said estate are required to appear in said Court and show cau-e, if any there be, Wuv said account and vouchers should not be approved. And the heirs of taid estate, and all others interested therein are also hereby required at the time and place aforesaid, to appear and make proof ot their heirship or claim to any part of said estate. Jit Ordinance i i,i(/ for ihe const ruction of a Sower and Tile drain on 'fain street the Town of Rensselaer, Indiana, and repealinci all Ordinances' in confict her<‘ ii'ilh and declaring an Emergency. SECTION' I. Be It ordained bv the Hoard of Trustees of the town of Rensselaer, Indiana, in IeOTI session, that a sewer bo constructed on the following route towit: Commencing at the Northerly side of Makemself <:n the Easterly side of Main street in said town and running ilien-e in a Northerly direction to the Corporation Line to where said drain will terminate.
SECTION 11. . The sewer provided for In Section 1. of this ordinance shill bi- constructed of 12 inch ill diameter. glazed sewer witli eatch basins at the Northerly Side of ene.ii street until it crosses the rlghtaway of the L. N. A. &C. Ry. Co. From thence said drain is to be construeied of tile 10 inches in diameter and 2 feet in length. All of said sewer and tile to be laid on boards at a depth prescribed by the Engineer in his specifications. Said drain to lie eonsi ructed under the provisions of an aet of the Indiana Legislature of March Bth, Issa, a-set forUi.in the acts of said sessions on Pages 237 to 21ti inclusive. Ferguson freeholders and voters of said town, ami not in any way interested in said sewer are hereby appointed appraisers, whose duty it shall lie to examine all the lots and parts ot lots In said town or other pieces or parcels of land that will In any manner be benefited by the construction of said sewer and to assess the amount of benefits to each lot or part of a lot or other piece or parcel of land that will result thereto by the construction M saill sewer, to make out a schedule of said lots and other pieces and parcels of land with their assessments there to. To append to said schedule and assessments their aliidavit s that their said assessments are in all respects true ami partial liuisseisinents of thebenelil resulting to each lot, part of a lot and other piece or parcel of land in any way benelitleil by said proposed sewer, and to file said schedule and assessments with the Clerk of the Board of Trustees of said Town, Should apy person appointed as appraiser fall to act, or should a vacancy In any manner occur In the appraisers, now or hereafter apjiolnted their places may be tilled by the Board of Trustees at any regular or siiecial nieeUng of said Euuru.
