SECTION' I. Be It ordained bv the Hoard of Trustees of the town of Rensselaer, Indiana, in IeOTI session, that a sewer bo constructed on the following route towit: Commencing at the Northerly side of Makemself <:n the Easterly side of Main street in said town and running ilien-e in a Northerly direction to the Corporation Line to where said drain will terminate.

The sewer provided for In Section 1. of this ordinance shill bi- constructed of 12 inch ill diameter. glazed sewer witli eatch basins at the Northerly Side of ene.ii street until it crosses the rlghtaway of the L. N. A. &C. Ry. Co. From thence said drain is to be construeied of tile 10 inches in diameter and 2 feet in length.
