Jack as Good as His Master.
A prominent Milwaukee lawyer who has a few peculiarities of his own, emplbys as hi& stenographer a young lawyer who has even more peculiarities, and some great stories ard told about their doings. It is said that when the employer takes his stenographer into his private office to dictate a brief they frequently fall into hot disputes as to the law, and occasionally the young lawyer declines t« take down such nonsense as he deems his employers uttvranees to be.
