A MUSICAL TREAT COMING.
The ladies of the M. E., Presbyterian and Christian chinches have perfected arrangements with Miss Birdice Blye, the noted pianist, for an evening’s entertainment. She will appear at tbe opera bouse, Friday evening, Sep., 7, 1894. Miss Bly comes highly recommended, and the press notices throughout the country are enthusiastic in praising her rare musical talent. Not only has she unusual native ability, but has also the advantage of the best training possible in this country and Europe. Her preparation is wonderful: with Neupert and Joseffy in N. Y.; at the Royal Academy in London; at tbe Royal Conservatory in Berlin; in Paris; and lastly, with Rubinstein. She also studied violin in the same schools, finishing with Joachin in She has concertized with great success in all the principal cities of the East and in Europe. Some pt «m notices.
