nard. Now comes the plaintiff by Ferguson and Douthit, his attorneys, and tiles his complaint herein together with an affidavit that all the above named defendants excepting Marion L. Spitler, and Mary E. Spitler., Mary V. Hammond, and Edwin P. Hammond, John E. Spitler Mary C. Teter, and Edward T. Teter. Etta E. Baker and AsahelE Baker, are not residents of the State of Indiana. This action is brought to quiet title to real estate. Notice is therefore hereby givenail of said defendants that unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden ou the third Monday of October 1894, at the Court House In Rensselaer, in said county and state and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined In their absence.
