SURVEY NOTICE. Notice is hereby given to John Jacobs, Walker tp., school, Mary Manny, Joanna Flemming, Nicholas Nicholas, John Schultz, anil John W. Cavender, that I own the South half of Section twenty-three (23) township thirty one (31) North, range six, (6) west, and that I will proceed with the Surveyor of Jasper county Indiana, on tha third dayof September, 1894, to make a legal survey of said section or so much thereof as is necessary to establish the lines and corners of my laud.
