The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of the Louisville, JNew Albany <fc Chicago Railway Company will be held on WEDNESDAY, September 19th, 1894, at 12 o’clock noon, at the offices of the Company at Indianapolis, Indiana, for the purpose of electing Directors in place of those whose terms shall then expire,and the transaction of such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
