THE CIRCUIT COURT.

Judge Wiley, who is happily restored to health, -arrived Monday and opened court.- Tuesday he went to Logansport, on some cases he previously tried there, and returned yesterday afternoon. Considerable business was transacted, but mostly of a routine character, and of little general interest. One of the numerous divorce cases was disposed of Tuesday. It was that of Sarah E. Haste vs. Jacob J. Haste, and tried before R. W. Marshall, as special judge, who granted the plaintiff the divorce asked for. Abandonment and failure to provide, were the grounds. The grand jury is in session, with Wm. Dahncke, foreman. It is doubtful if they can complete their â–ºwork this week.
