The "Good Roads” crusade beffig organized by J. 8. Coxey, of Cleveland, 0., is still attracting attention. It is now called the "Common Weal Army,” afid it is proposed to start on the march to Washington from Massilon. 0., at poon, Sunday, March 25. Mr. Coxey qaims that his procession will number 530,000 men by the time ft readies Washington. It will subsist on voluntary contributions while en route. A mass meeting wHI be held in front of the Capitol Building at noon. May 1, and a demand will be made on Congress for an issue of 1500,0CXJ, 000 of non-interest bearing bonds to.be used in employing idle men in making roads throughout the country.
