ANOTHER BOMB EXPLOSION.

Parte Anarchists Partially Wreck a Hotel —Three Injured. A Paris cable Feb. 20, says: Ajbomb exploded at 2 o’clock, Tuesday morning, in the hotel, 69 Rne street, Jacques, in the rear of the college of France. It was learned, Tuesday, that an attempt had been made to blow up the buildings of the ministry of foreign affairs, Acting under orders from the governmeni, police throughout France, Monday, made extensive raids upon the haunts of Anarchists, snd a large number of arrests were made, including the guardian of the daughter of Vaillant. the recently guillotined bomb thrower.
