Report of Rensselaer Relief Committee

The committees of the several churches met Sunday afternoon and gave reports of their subscription*. Though only a partial canvass had had been made, yet the reusult was very encouraging. The committee believes S2OO will be sufficient to supply the needs of our poor until spring work begins in earnest. This amount ought to be raised, and can be If all oar citizens do all in their power to help on this good work. The committee made disbursement of $45 of the funds on band, for the immediate relief of nine families.
