STATE LINCOLN LEAGUE.

The annual meeting of the State Lincoln League was held at Indianapolis, Tuesday. President Sulzer delivered a lengthy address setting forth the prospects of the Republican party, which he considered especially bright, and depleting tho demoralization of tho Democracy, which he said was entirely hopeless. He referred in eloquent terms to the Utopian prosperity that prevailed under Harrison’s administration and compared It with tho reign of Grover Cleveland. In which ho reflecte 1 severely upon the latter. At tho afternoon session President Sulzer was unanimously re-elected. Robert Mansfield was elerted secrn'ary.
