Pro and Con.

People generally lodfe W.gon a dull market with fearful forebodings. i s natural, as low prices mean low revenue and affects all tradesmen as well as the farmer. The dairyman at this time of the year expects high prices for butter and takes extra care of his cows. If he does not realise a eorresponding meome in return, is apt to curtail the feed On the ground that it won’t pay. This is a mistake. To curtail feed now, will only lessen the profits when prices for butter improve. Whenever you allow r your cows to shrink in flesh aud milk, you are doing them a permanent injury.
