Amend the Rules.

It would be well for the stockholders of the creamery to amend their rules, so that ,it would require the board to meet at least four times a year under some kind of compulsion, and compensate them for time lost. The business is of too much importance to be neglected in the the way it is. It can be made a success, if the board will take hold es it in the right way.
