Daniel Fraser, of Fowler, is holding court, as special Judge, as Judge Wiley is still unable to be present. Of the six or seven divorce cases on the term docket, none are likely to come to trial, this term. In one of them, that of Henkle vs Henkle, from Carpenter tp., the parties have become reconciled, and have moved to Beni on county. The Rensselaer case of Barrick vs Barrick was before the court Tuesday, but was continued to the March term. In the meantime the plaintiff is ordered to pay 160 to the defendant, with which to make her defense.
