ALL the Road Tax and ONE-HALF of all other texes make the FIRST INSTALLMENT aad must be paid on er before the THIRD Monday in April, 1894. ONE-HALF of all taxes, except RoaC constitute the SECOND INSTALLMENT, and must be paid on or before the FIRST Monday in Novom-* , ber, 1894. Failure to pay the First Installment when due makes both installments delinquent and at-’ taehes a penalty of < ten per cent, to the fall amount. The-purchaser on the first day of April shall be considered the owner on> that day.” Purohasers of PERSONAL Property as well as Iteal Estate should remember that ‘TAX«R FOLLOW THE PROPERTY when the taxes thereon remain unpaid. ‘COUNTY ORDERS in favor of persons-owing delinquent taxes cannot be paid without ßetttewwnl of the taxes/.’ ‘ - ■ • r ‘lt is the duty of the TAX-PAYER to state definitely, on what property he desires to pay taxes, an whose narae assessed and in what township or town it was assessed.
