NEW FEAR’S GREETING. With greetings we hail our manyfriends and patrons on this beautiful New Year’s day. We cannot express with words the thankfulness of our heart to those who have shared' their patronage with us during the past year of 1893; We would enjoy eating turkey with you all, but as that would be impossible we will askyou to take “the will for the deed.” We have not been idle during the past year, as will be evidenced by the following figures, which denote that our business has increased more than 50 per cent over the previous year. The gross business transacted during the past year, ending with December 31, 1893, amounted to $348,044. <O. We desire to increase this amount at least 50 per cent .during the year 1894, therefore, we once more ask the fayors of our- many patrons and all who read this. We have the best facilities for making farm loans*, in* amounts ranging from SIOO up t®> $20,000 or mores We can now obtain a loan for you in a very few days. We can make you as low a» rate and as low a commission as any* first class firm in the loan business. We will give you the privilege off making partial payments in large or* small sums upon your loan. Wewill sell you Building and Loam stock, or furnish you Building and Loan money, if you- desire to build on your farm or upon your town lots We do all kinds of legal work. We make abstracts and examine the titles,, and our charges are reasonable. We lo&h money on chatties or personal, security, for short time. We write fire insurance on your farm property; in the Continental, the Royal, and the fire Association companies.
