HANGING GROVE.
Mrs. Wm. Warren was quite sick last week. Her health has been verypoorly for some years. Farmers are all busy plowing and doing work for spring. They think they will get a good crop this year for they have got a good start. Ed Dewece is back in Hanging Grove again. He thinks, he will finish his house soon. Harvey Phillips was down from Chicago Saturday. We understand that Harvey is talking of coming back to live on his old place. We understand that Isaac- Parker is doing well in Til. He is working in a canning factory. George Robinson made » visit up to Wheatfield last week. He says they are still haying. Geo. Thomas and Effie Gwin w«re married at the brides home last Wednesday evening. They wiil live in Monon. We will all miss Effie'for she was a kind girl to all, and to her father and mother. Peter Shillers youngest child was badly scalded by pulling a tin ©f hob water on it.
