Notice is hereby givep that on the 17th day of January, 1894, at the office of Peter Crum, packer, in the city of, Hammond, Indianasealed bids will be received by the joint boards of Commissioners of ’Jasper and Porter counties for the erection of an iron bridge over_ the Kankakee river, between said counties on present site of the Baum bridge, north of the town of W heatfleld in Jasper county, one hundred and eighty-two feevin length, and also for the erection of a wooden bridge on same site ot same length, the Boards reserving the right to select between the wooden and iron bridges aUer bids are opened, and also the right to reject all bids Plans wilkb • agreed upon, on same day prior to bidding fiy order of the joint Boards of Commissioners of Porter and Jasper counties. Havens are plain tiffs and Thomas Burns and Samantha Burns et al, are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of four hundred and forty-seven dollars and sixty-two cents, ($447.62) I will expose at Public Sale to the highest and best bidder, on January sth, 1894, between the hours of 10o'clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day at the door of the court house of said Jasper county, Indiana, first the rents and profits for a term of years not exceeding seven years not exceeding seven years of the following real estate, hereinafter described, and if said rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, to discharge said decree interest and costs, to-wit: Lot number four (4) in block number one, (1) in Thompson’s Addition to the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana.
