OKLAHOMA STATEHOOD BILL.
The bill reported for tho admission o 1 Oklahoma provides that the Governor oi the Territory shall order an election oi seventy-five delegates to form a constitutional convention, to take place on the sixth Tuesday after tho passage of the bill. Th i delegates chosen shall meet at the sew of government of tho Territory on the fifth Tuesday after the order. Thirty thousand dollars is appropriated for the expenses of the election and convention. The bill proridos that tho State of Oklahoma shall he entitled to one Representative in the House of Representatives, who. with tlx* Governor and other officers may be elected on the same day of the election for the ratification or rejection of the Constitution.
