Monday was devoted to the consideration of claims; 21 disposed of. Tuesday saloon licenses were granted to Henry Hildebrand, of Rensselaer, and John Nicola, of DeMotte. Fifteen claims were considered and allowed. I; :; ' The petition of D. E. Fairchild to vacate a street in DeMotte, was granted, The application of John Omarra for a saloon license, for the building in Rensselaer just vacated by George Strickfaden, was dismissed, on motion of the applicant’s attorney.
