NOTICE OF PETITION TC VACATE STREET. Notice Is hereby given that the undersigned has filed with the: Auditor of Jasper County Indiana, his petition for the vacation of the' following described street, In the town of DeMotte, county and State aforesaid. Viz“An unamed Street as laid out on the original plat of the town of DeMotte, The center of said street oommencing Twelve and one half (13M) feet North of the North East corner of Lot one (1) in Block Three (3) of said Town, Thence west Six Hundred and Eighty (680) feet, where the said street terminates, the eenter of the same there being Slxtben (16) feet North of the North West corner of Lot Fourteen (14) in Block Four (4) of said town of DeMote, said street being twenty five (35) feet wide at said place of commencement and thirty two (82) feet wide at said place of ending.
