ROBY CLUB AFFAIRS.

The Authorities Do Not Think the Arena Will Be Reopened. The Roby Athletic dub announces that the opening of its arena will occtu next Monday night. If the Governor in tends to interfere there is no indication of such a movement, but it was stated there, Tuesday, that the club would probably not reopen the arena. The club has written to the Secretary of State asking his reasons for refusing to incorporate the organization. The State officials say that the club has no legal existence, and can have none until the articles are received by the State. The law of 18<4 was passed for this purpose, and provides that if the club desires to incorporate the articles must be filed, whether the business is for profit or not. This rule holds in all classes of organizations that seek State protection.
