OBITUARY.
Lewis A. Bull, son of Wm. and Elvira Bull, died at their home in Barkley Tp., last Thursday, Oct. 26 1893, at the age. of 26 years, 1 month, and 19 days. The cause of his death was consumption and his illness of long duration. Besides father and mother he leaves two brothers and three sisters; two sisters having preceded him across the silent river. The funeral services were held at the Barkley church, Friday afternoon, Sept. 27, Rev. R. D. Utter, preaching the sermon. The concluding cere, monies in the church and at the interment being conducted by the I. 0. 0. F., of which order he was an honored member, belonging to Iroquois Lodge, of Rensselaer; and about 75 members of which attended the funeral. He was also a member of the Masonic order, belonging to Prairie Lodge, of Rensselaer. He joined the M. E. church in 1890 and remained an exemplary member until his death. The undersigned has purchased of Th os. Burns the new livery stable, on Van Rensselaer street, west of the public square, and proposes to conduct the same in a manner to give the amplest satisfaction ,to ail patrons. Nothing but good rigs sent out. Prices very reasonable. Give me a trial.
