FOR RENT. I would invite attention of all tenants desiring good farms, to the Haddock marsh which will be ready for cul] tivation next spring. There has been constructed across this marsh three large deep ditches, and probably as many more will be constructed yet this fall. It ii known, by the action of the water, that these ditches will not be subject to over-flow. This land is new, very rich, the buildings new and commodious and the rent reserved very moderate. This tract of land will be divided as far as possible into farms to suit applicants. All or nearly all of the marsh will be ready for cultivation next spring. Houses will be built as farms may be taken. Roads, school-houses, and other public improvements will receive prompt attention as fast as occasion may require.
