The Value of Dwiggins' Gold Mine to be Settled.

Attica Ledger. James G. Moffett has brought suit in tl*e circuit court of this county against W. Marshall, on a note for $5,000. The note was given for shares in the Mexican mine, controlled by the Dwiggins syndicate, and Marshall will attempt to prove it was a swindle. The case will attract attention because of the amount of stock held in this locality. Several people from this vicinity, who are stockholders will be subpoenaed as witnesses.
