RESOLUTIONS OF CONDOLENCE.

Uy Wheatfield Lodge, No. 353, Knights of Pythias: Whereas, it has pleased Almighty God to remove from our midst our beloved brother, Wm. Smith, and as a testimonial of the high esteem in which we hold the deceased be it Resolved, That in the death of Brother Smith, ips wife has lost a loving companion and we a worthy and conscientious brother and the community a good citizen. Resolved, That we extend to the bereaved widow our sincere sympathy, well knowing that woids of ours can not lessen her grief. Her husband was our companion, friend and brother and our lodge joins the bereaved wife and friends in mourning his loss to his family and our fraternal order. Be it farther Resolved, That the charter of this lodge be draped in mourning for the period of thirty days in respect to our deceased brother, and that these resolutions be spread upon the records of this lodge ipd ? copy be sent to each of the county papers and the K. of R. 4 S. present a copy thereof to the widow.
