He Has Got the Rock* and is Coming to the Fair. * I A dispatch from Panama of the 25th, says: The San Salvador Assembly has granted a six months’ leave of absence to the President, Don Carlos Ezeta, who will leave the reins of power in the hands of his brother, Don Antonio. The President is to visit the World’s Fair at Chicago, afterwards continuing his journey to the Old World. The Assembly not only conceded the decree of absence, but voted an appropriation of <IOO,OOO in United States gold for the expenses of the Presidential excursion.
