Application for License. Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the town of Rensselaer and Marion township, in Jasper county and State of Indiana, that the undersigned, a male inhabitant of Marion township, county and state aforesaid, and over the age of twenty-cne years, not in the habit of becoming intoxicated and a lit person to be entrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors, will to the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, in the state of Indiana, at the regular June term, 1893, for a license to sell spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in less quantities than a quart at a time, with the privilege of allowing the same to be drank on the premises where sold. The precise location of the premises where said I iquors are to be sold and drank is in the’lower story of a two-story frame building fronting on Washington street, in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, commencing at the corner of lot nine (9)block(9) at the corner of Washington and Van Rensselaer streets, in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, running thence north, 57 degrees and 10 minutes east, parallel with Washington street 18 feet and 3 inches, thence north, 32 degrees and 50 minutes west, 41 feet and 6 inches, thence south, 57 degrees and 10 minutes west, 18 feet and three inches, to the easterly line of Vanßensselaer street, thence south, 32 degrees and 50 minutes east, 41 feet and 6 inches, to the place of beginning, said premises being known and designated as a saloon, and all situated and located on said lot nine [9], block.nine [9] in the town of Rensselaer, county of Jasper and state of Indiana. Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the town of Wheatfield and of Wheatfield township, in Jasper county, state of Indiana, that the undersigned, a male inhabitant of said town of Wheatfield, in - Wheatfield township, county and state aforesaid, and a person over the age of twenty-one (21) years, not in the habit of ' becoming intoxicated, and in respect to all legal qualifications and requirements, a lit and proper person to be intrusted with a license for the sale gos intoxicating liquors, will apply to the board of Commissioners of said Jasper county, Indiana, nt their regular June term, A. 1). 1893, for a license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt aud all other intoxicating liquors; in less quantities than a quart at a time? with the privilege of allowing and permitting the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered. The precise location of the premises where said liquors aje to be sold and bartered is the lower story of a two story iramo building twenty-four (24) feet wide by forty (40) feet long, situat ed on lot five (5) in block one (1) in Ben leys addition to the town of Wheatfield in Jasper county, Indiana. The precise location of said building on said lot is as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said lot running thence oast twenty four (24) feet thence north forty (40) feet, thence west twen-ty-four (24) feet, thence south forty (40) feet, to the place of beginning.
