An Appetizing Dish.

Those raising their own wheat can have an inexpensive, yet very nutritious, breakfast dish by grinding three or four coffee mill’s full of it, and cooking the same as oatmeal. Eat with sugar and cream. Prepare a quantity at a time, say a dishpan half full, by washing in two or three waters, floating off all chaff and beards, and drying in the sun.
