Postmaster General Bissell has issued a notice to all nostmasters that there Is now operating in the Government building, on the grounds of the World’s Fair, a branch of the Chicago postoffico. For the ninth month of tho fiscal year ended March 31, 1893, the receipts from internal revenue resources were $120,510,016, a gain over the corresponding period Of 1892 of $7,208,078.
