Ditch Notice. Whereas, John B. Melnbrook filed In the Aud’tor’s office of Jasper County, Indiana,on the 2nd day of December, 1892. A petition prav.ng the Board of Commissioners of said county to cause'to be constructed, a ditch, drain and water-course, in Jasper County, as hereinafter described, and whereas on thesth day of December, 1892, the same being the regular December Term, of said Board, -lobn Al. Wnsson, Robert B. Porter and William 11. (Twin, weie appointed viewers to periorm certain duties named In the or • er of said Board and said viewers after having performed said duties, filed their report on February 25th, 1893, aud after having subscribed and sworn to said report, and at the regular SI arch Term, 1893, the said., cause was continued for notice. Tlieiefore notice is hereby given of the pendency and prayer of said petition, and the filing of said viewers report thereon, and the time set for hearing thereof is on Monday, June the sth, 1893, the same being the Ist day of ths regular June term, 1893, of said Commissioner’s Court.
