A petition pravmg the Board of Commissioners of said couuty to cause to be constructed, a ditch, drain and water-course, in Jasper Couuty, as hereinafter described, and whereas on thesth day of December, 1892, the same being the regular December Term, of said Board, Jobn M. Wasson, Robert B. Porter and Willliim H. Gwlu. were appointed viewers to periorin certain duties named in the or er of said Board and said viewers after having performed said duties, filed their report on February 25th, 1893, aud after having subscribed and sworn to said report. and at the regular March Term, 1893, the said cause was continued for notice. Theiefpre notice is hereby given of the pendency and prayer of said petition, and the filing of said viewers report thereon, and the time set for hearing thereof is on Monday, juqe the sth, 1893, the same being the Ist day of the regular June term, 1893, of said Commissioner’s Court.
