Application for License. Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Fair Oaks and Union Township, in Jasper County, Indiana, that the undersigned Charles A. Gundv, who is a male inhabitant of the State of Indiana, over the age of twen-ty-one years, a m in of good moral character, who is not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and is a fit and proper person »<* lift, intrusted with a license to sell intoxicating liquors, will make application to the Board of County Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, o i the r.ltti day of April, 1893, at a special session of said Board, to be held at the Court House, in Rensselaer, Jasper County, Inc Lana, for a retail liquor license, empowering him to sell and barter spirituous vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than a quart at a time, with the privilege of permitting the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered: The precise location of said premises is as follows, to-wit; The front room in the lower story of a two-story frame building situated on lot six (6), block one (1), In the town of Fair Oaks, Jasper County Indiana, more particularly located and described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of said lot six (6), thence in a westerly direction parallel with Second street twenty (20) feet, thence in a southerly direction parallel with Hendricks street eighteen (18) feet, thence in an easterly direction parallel with First street twenty (20)feet, thence in a northerly direction parallel with Kent street eighteen (18) feet, to the point of commence ment.
