Notice is hereby given to the citizens of the Town of Fair Oaks and Union Township, in Jasper Co'unty; Indiana,that the undersigned Charles A. is a-male-inhabitant of the State of Indiana, over the age of twen-ty-oneyears; a in-ui of good moral character, who is not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, an -1 is A fit and proper person to be intrusted with-a license to sell intoxicating liquors, will make application to the Board of County Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, oil the 10th day of April, 1893, at a special session of said Board, to be held at the Court House,- in Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, for a retail liquor license, empowering him to sell and barter spirituous vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than a quart at a time, with the privilege of permitting the same to be drank on the premises where sold and bartered: The precise location of said premises is as follows, to-wit: -two-stoi'y-trame Jjuilding-situateion Jat six (6), blQck one (1), in.the town of Fair Oaks.
